In winter guests have access to Valley Terminal or Friday Flat on the free shuttle bus service around the village. All year round guests have access to the Thredbo Golf Course and tennis courts, in the main centre, and to a squash court, basketball court and swimming pools at the AIS, near Friday Flat. The luge operates when there is no snow on the tracks. There are many walks around the area. Hike up Mt. Kosciuszko or go on some village trails including a walk through an incredible forest! For the adventurous, you could go on a scenic horse ride at "Pender Lea" on the Alpine Way at Crackenback.
